Data That Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion is processed, the following data categories are irreversibly scrubbed across all Mindova systems:

  • User authentication ID (UUID) and security credentials
  • Password hash & encrypted authorization keys
  • Active OAuth access tokens and login sessions

Application Activity

Screen-Time & Usage Telemetry

  • Screen-time telemetry and daily usage deltas
  • App interaction history and website visit durations
  • Distraction blocker logs and enforcement events
  • Historical focus streaks, scores, and analytics

Preferences & Configurations

Limits & Focus Configurations

  • Custom daily app limits & website restrictions
  • Focus session duration history and custom timer presets
  • Category classifications & custom blocklist definitions
  • Notification preferences, schedules, and custom settings

Connected Devices

Cross-Device Pairing & Sync Tokens

  • Chrome extension paired identifiers & sync keys
  • Android device IDs & Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens

  • Presence heartbeats and remote lock records

Retention Period & Erasure Policy

Mindova strictly adheres to Google Play Data Safety specifications, GDPR Article 17, and CCPA standards.

30-Day SLA Processing Window

Every account deletion request is authenticated and completely executed within 30 calendar days from the submission date.

Permanent & Irreversible

Once deletion is carried out, your data cannot be retrieved or recovered under any circumstance. All connected mobile and desktop sessions are logged out automatically.

Zero Telemetry Retention

Mindova does not retain secondary archives of personal browsing logs, app usage telemetry, or screen-time history after deletion.

Billing & Legal Exceptions

Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon request. Non-personal financial invoice summaries are retained solely as mandated by statutory financial and tax compliance laws.
